On March 16, 2023, Alzamend Neuro, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its third quarter ended January 31, 2023 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
